David J. Fraser, 52, resident of Milford, NH, died September 14, 2009 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Nashua, NH on October 18, 1956, a son of the late Victor J. & Rose Juliette (Calvetti) Fraser. Dave was a lifelong resident of Milford and graduated from Milford Area Senior High School, Class of 1974. He had been employed by Barretto Granite Company, in Milford, NH, and Fletcher Granite Company, in Westford, MA, for the past 35 years. Dave was an avid Patriots fan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at family cookouts. He was a loving husband, a devoted father and grandfather. Dave was a communicant of St. Patrick�s Church, Milford. In addition, he was a member of Milford Council #3035 Knights of Columbus and Sons of the American Legion Squad 23. Family members include his wife with whom he would have celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on November 27th, Sheila (McEntee) Fraser of Milford, NH; two daughters and sons-in-law, MaryAnne & Randy Kauffman of Amherst, NH, Elizabeth & Tim Geiger of Wilton, NH; two sons, David J. Fraser II of Wilton, NH and PFC John L. Fraser, U.S. Army, currently deployed in Iraq with operation Iraqi Freedom; six grandchildren; many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; extended family Deborah Fraser, Wilton, NH, Clinton Holcomb, Wilton, NH, Jolene Gray, Pepperell, MA, and several friends; and sister, Rhonda Whitt of Milford, NH. Calling hours are Sunday, September 20th from 1:00-5:00pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00am in St. Patrick�s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford, NH. Burial will be in St Patrick�s Cemetery, Amherst, NH.
