David C. Flynn

David Flynn, former longtime resident of Wilton, NH, currently of The Villages, FL, died on August 20, 2023 after a period of declining health surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on December 14, 1941 in Peterborough, NH a son of the late Lawrence and Helen (Baldwin) Flynn.

David was raised and educated in Wilton and graduated from Wilton High School class of 1959. He served in the National Guard for many years. He worked for Burbak plastics for over thirty years. He married Maxene (Fairfield) and together made their home in Wilton for many years before retiring to the Villages in 2013.

He enjoyed golfing, socializing with friends and traveling. David was really most happy when he was with his family, especially the grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, David, was predeceased by his brother Dennis Flynn.

Survivors include his loving wife, Maxene Flynn of The Villages, FL, three stepchildren: Deborah Byam of Merrimack, NH, William (Linda) Draper of Wilton, NH and Lorie (Todd) Konstan of Florida, his grandchildren, Deanna, Stephanie, Sara, Katie, Taylor and Jason and his four great-grandchildren, Alexander, Achilles, Lillian and Molly.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH 03055. Burial will follow with Military Honors at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wilton, NH.
