Cynthia E. Falcetti, 85, resident of Milford, NH, died on October 26, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Nashua, NH on February 16, 1937, a daughter of Clarence and Ruth (Wilson) Richardson. She graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1955 and from Concord Hospital with her RN in 1958. She received her BS degree in psychology and sociology from New England College in 1995.
Cynthia was a registered nurse having worked as a general duty nurse in Bangor, ME. While living in Maine, she attended the Congregational Church in Veize, Maine and taught Sunday School.
After returning to Milford, Cynthia’s longtime nursing career continued at the Highlander Nursing Home in Milford, and the OB/GYN Department in the Peterborough Hospital. She later worked at the Milford Medical Center, having transferred to the ER at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua and later in the OB/GYN Department, where she retired after 25 years.
In her younger years Cynthia was a Girl Scout and had also joined the Rainbow Girls becoming a majority member of the Rainbows. In addition, she was a member of The First Congregational Church of Milford.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Victor Falcetti, who died in 2020; her sister, Carol Ann Richardson; her granddaughter, Delaney Diana Falcetti; and her brother-in-law, Charles Dittmar.
Family members include her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and James Davis; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven Falcetti, James and Patricia (Farrow) Falcetti; four grandchildren, Matteo Davis, Clarice Davis and her husband Greg, Isabella Falcetti, and Sawyer Falcetti; three great grandchildren, Elliann Davis, Henry Davis and Louis Davis; sister, Betsey Dittmar; sister-in-law, Janet Craig; nieces and nephews.
There are no visiting hours. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 31st at 10:00am in the First Congregational Church, 10 Union Street, Milford, NH. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
