Clara T. Cavaleri

Clara T. Cavaleri, 73, of Lakeland, Florida died October 1, 2009 after a short illness. She was born April 26, 1936, in South Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Annie and Donato DiFazio, sister to the late Anthony DiFazio, and sister of Anne Marie Beaudry of Carver, MA. Clara worked for the Post Office for 3 years, and in 1982 began a career with John Hancock Financial in Boston in the Technical Education Center. Clara was a wife, mother of 5, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. She was known as �Mom� to anyone in need of guidance, love, or an encouraging word of comfort. She cherished her friends, family, and most of all, her grandchildren. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Kathy Cavaleri of Lansing KS, son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Katy Cavaleri of Whiteland IN; daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Jim Summers of Amherst NH; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Kristine Cavaleri of Stoneham, MA; daughter and son-in-law, Lydia and Todd Taylor of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Kimberly, Katelyn, Meredith, Nathan and Isabella; many nieces and nephews and anyone else that she opened her arms and heart to along the way. A visiting hour will be held on Saturday, October 17th from 10:00-11:00 am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Meadowview Cemetery, Amherst, NH.
