Charles G. Jean

Charles G. Jean, 87, resident of Milford, NH, died on August 5, 2012 at Crestwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Milford. He was born in Dunstable, MA on January 14, 1925, a son of Joseph N. and Alexandra (Pellerin) Jean. Prior to moving to Bradenton, FL with his wife in 1988, he was a longtime resident of Nashua and more recently made his home in Milford since 2005. He had been employed as a machinist for Beebe Rubber Company in Nashua for 25 years. Among his greatest joys was to garden and landscape his homes and to enjoy a cup of coffee with his wife at Café on the Beach, Holmes Beach, Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Simone (Lavoie) Jean, who died in 2005; and a son, Charles Jean, who died in 2007. Family members include five daughters, Annette Lebel and Pauline Sullivan, both of Bradenton, FL, Denise Fauvel of Milford, NH, Joanne Greenwood and Arlene Nikitas, both of Nashua, NH; a special grandchild he raised as his own, Jean Drewniak of Milford; 20 other grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several sisters. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in St. Louis de Gonzague Cemetery, Nashua.
