Celine Trombly Bresnahan, Rn

Celine Trombly Bresnahan, RN, 82, longtime resident of Milford, NH, died unexpectedly on September 6, 2017 at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 21, 1935, a daughter of Joseph and Catherine M. (Dolan) Trombly. Celine was raised and educated in North Andover, MA and graduated from St. Patrick’s High School, Lawrence, MA. She went on to earn her nursing degree from Lawrence General Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1956. Prior to moving to Milford 20 years ago, she made her home in Haverhill, MA for many years. She had been employed as a registered nurse for several visiting nurses associations. In addition, she had also worked as a supervisor for a number of nursing homes and following her retirement, she worked within the insurance industry. Celine enjoyed sewing, reading and most especially gardening. She was predeceased by a sister, Gertrude Cunningham. Family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Philip Paradis of Merrimack, NH; a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel S. Bresnahan and Ann Davidowicz of Haverhill, MA; two grandchildren, Kurtis Paradis and Andrew Paradis, both of Merrimack, NH; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private.
