Carole N. Thompson

Carole N. Thompson, 75, resident of Milford, NH, died on November 21, 2018 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH. She was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on December 17, 1942, the daughter of Peter Cabana and Nan (Peterson) Cabana. Carole was raised and educated in Worcester. Carole married, Francis J. Thompson on August 5, 1962 in Rhode Island. She had been employed for many years as a librarian at the J.A. Tarbell Library, Lyndeborough, NH. When she wasn’t working she could be found spending time painting, taking photographs, reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carole was predeceased by her loving husband, Francis J. “Manny” Thompson, and her son-in-law, John Fuller. Family members include her son Mark Thompson and his wife Nancy, of Greenfield, NH; her daughter Sharon Fuller, of Milford, NH; her daughter Shelly White and her husband Jason, of Knoxville, TN, and her son Bradley Thompson and his wife Kathryn, of Greenfield, NH. Carole also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, two great-granddaughters; and a sister, Sharon Lonchiadis of Shrewsbury, MA. Visiting hours are Friday, November 23rd from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at The Village Bible Church, 25 1/2 Middle Street, Amherst, NH 03031. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 24th at 11:00 am in the church. Burial will follow in the North Yard Cemetery, Milford.
