Carlos C. Gomes

Carlos G. Gomes, 58, resident of Milford, NH, died on January 29, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on October 22, 1964 in Reguengo do Fetal, Portugal, the son of Antonio da Conceicã Gomes and Anna Carreira Gomes.

Carlos was an engineer, who had been employed by Hitachi High Tech America for many years.

He enjoyed riding his motorbike, traveling to Portugal and watching hockey, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Family members include his wife, Tracy (Cleland) Gomes of Milford, NH; two children, Samantha Gomes of Montreal, Canada and Sinéad Gomes of Milford, NH; two nieces, Melissa Gomes-Mero of Portugal and Gladys Gomes-Mero of Toronto, Canada; father and mother-in-law, Michael and Pauline Harrington of Dublin, Ireland; sisters-in-law, brothers-in law, nieces and nephews all of Dublin, Ireland who loved him very much and will miss him terribly.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, February 3rd from 10:00am to 11:00am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am.
