BRUCE E. GEIGER � DATELINE:�LYNDEBOROUGH, NH Bruce E. Geiger, 77, resident of Lyndeborough, NH, died October 10, 2007 at his home surrounded by his family, after a one year battle with cancer. � He was born in Nashua, NH on June 1, 1930, a son of the late Victor & Gertrude J. (Nokes) Geiger. � Mr. Geiger was raised and educated in Pepperell, MA and moved to Lyndeborough in 1966. � He had been employed as a biological technician for the Nashua Fish Hatchery, U.S. Department of Interior, for 33 years. � Mr. Geiger was a member of Pinnacle Mountain Fish & Game Club.�He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and was known for his folksy stories. � He was a U.S. Army veteran. � He was a loving husband, a devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather. � Family members include his wife of 47 years, Cynthia (Call) Geiger of Lyndeborough, NH; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jesse W. & Debora Geiger of New Ipswich, NH, Joel B. & Kristin Geiger of Lyndeborough, NH; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa D. & James Miner of Amherst, NH, Karen R. & Ricky Fife of Antrim, NH; 8 Grandchildren, Jamie Geiger, Dawn Cronin and her husband, Tim, Michael Staiti, Nicholas Geiger, Matthew Geiger, Shelby Fife, Allison Fife and Ricky Fife, Jr. and his wife, Christine; 1 Great Grandson, Jacob Geiger; several nieces and nephews. � Visiting hours are Sunday, October 14th from 1:00-4:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.�Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 am in the Milford United Methodist Church, North River Road, Milford, NH.�Burial will be in Johnson Corner Cemetery, Lyndeborough, NH.�In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Pinnacle Mountain Fish & Game Club, P.O. Box 19, Lyndeborough, NH�03082 or Souhegan Home & Hospice Care, 24 North River Road, Milford, NH�03055.�Smith & Heald Funeral Home, Milford, is in charge of arrangements. �
