Brenda Goding

Brenda Goding, 70, lifelong resident of Milford, died on November 15, 2017 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Concord, NH on July 3, 1947, a daughter of Alfred Morse, Sr. and Florence (Simpson) Kirby. Brenda had been employed by Hitchiner Manufacturing Company in Milford for over 35 years. She was a longtime member of Ricciardi Hartshorn Post #23, American Legion Auxiliary and Harley Sanford Post #4368, VFW Auxiliary. In addition, she enjoyed reading and crocheting. In addition to her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her loving step father, Walter F. Kirby in 1996. Family members include her son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Lisa Goding of Huntington, MA; two grandchildren, Toni Belle and Stephen; two brothers, Alfred R. Morse and his wife, Carol of New Ipswich, NH, and Walter Kirby of NC; two sisters, Betsy Payne of Mont Vernon, NH, Bonnie Wells and her husband, Ronald of Milford, NH; a half-brother, Alfred L. Morse, Jr. and half-sister, Gloria Morse, both of Henniker, NH. Family and friends are warmly invited to visiting hours on Monday, November 20th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
