Beverly J. Trentini, 96, resident of Amherst, NH passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 28, 2024.
Beverly was born on July 16, 1928, in Weare, NH. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd Wood Sr. and Edna (Strong) Wood. She graduated from Weare High School, class of 1946.
Beverly raised her three sons in Amherst, NH. She later married Edward Trentini and together they lived in Amherst for 45 years. She worked for the BB Rubber Corporation for 28 years and then was a homemaker.
Beverly, affectionately referred to as Mimi, loved spending time with her adoring family. She always had a smile on her face and something to chat about. Most of all, she and Ed enjoyed watching their grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports. They always had their chairs ready and their cooler packed . They were our biggest fans!
Beverly was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. She looked forward to spring training every year. Bev and Ed attended many games at City of Palms Park in Ft. Myers, Florida, where they wintered for many years after retirement.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her beloved sons, Dennis Bishop and Terry Bishop, both of Manchester, her devoted husband, Edward Trentini, and her brother Llyod Wood Jr. of Florida.
Beverly is survived by her dear son Ted Bishop and his loving wife, Darlene of Milford, NH. Her cherished grandchildren Kimberly Montgomery and husband James of Milford, NH. Shaun Bishop and his wife Tanya of Auburn, NH, and Tyler Bishop and his wife Gina of Milford, NH. Along with her 8 precious great-grandchildren Landon Pierce and Finley Montgomery, Jackson, Graham, and Zoe Bishop, River, Barrett, and Hazel Bishop. Also her special sisters and best friends, Raelene McLain and her husband Scott of Hudson, NH and Janice Diehsner and her companion Bill Kelly of N. Billerica, Ma. Her dear sister in-law Charlotte Cooley of Milford, NH. Beverly will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visiting hours are Friday December 6, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 7, 2024 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
