Barry Dale Wilson

Barry Dale Wilson, 64, of Milford, NH, died on December 22, 2021, at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH, after a period of declining health; he was surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 7, 1957, in Dayton, OH, son of Clinton and Deloria (Gabbard) Wilson. Barry’s retail career took his family around the country before he finally settled in New Hampshire, where he worked as an auto mechanic and later in manufacturing. He will be truly missed by his family and his many friends. He was very active in Boy Scouts and was scoutmaster of Troop 407 and also coached youth traveling basketball. He loved to ride his motorcycle, waterski, play basketball, race Roadrunner division and enduro at Hudson Speedway, and travel. Surviving family members include: his wife of 44 years, Susan “Shirley” (Branchaud) Wilson; daughter Tiffany Wilson of Boston, MA; son Brian Wilson and his wife Stacey of Somerville, MA; his father Clinton Wilson of Hillsboro, OH; brother Darrell Wilson and his wife Cindy of Hillsboro, OH; sister Kathy Bruynis and her husband Chris of Greenfield, OH; and many nieces and their families. He is predeceased by his mother Deloria (Gabbard) Wilson. SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH 03055. A funeral service will be held on Friday January 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Anchor Baptist Church, 5381 Anderson Road, Hillsboro, OH. Private burial at a later date.
