Barry Cameron

Barry Cameron, 68, resident of Milford, NH, died August 3, 2009 while vacationing in Pittsburg, NH. He was born in Boston, MA on September 28, 1940, a son of the late William & Olive (Allen) Cameron. Mr. Cameron was raised and educated in Southborough and Roslindale, MA and made his home in Milford for the past 40 years. He had been employed by Anheuser-Busch Company in Merrimack, NH for 30 years and retired in 2000 as Shop Steward. Mr. Cameron enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and most especially spending time with his family. He was a 38 year member of Benevolent Lodge #7 F & AM, Milford and a member of Teamsters Local #633 for 30 years. Mr. Cameron was predeceased by a brother, Roger S. Cameron. He was a loving husband, a devoted father and grandfather. Family members include his wife of 46 years, Leslie (Mercer) Cameron of Milford, NH; two sons and daughters-in-law, John H. & Sheila Kinsman of Troy, NH and Daniel & Sherry Cameron of Milford, NH; a daughter, Laura J. Cameron of Manchester, NH; five grandchildren, Michael R. Ellis, Brandon J. Ellis, Brianna L. Ellis, Aaron F. Layfield and Corrin Layfield; a brother and sister-in-law, Kurt J. & Debra Cameron of Nashua, NH; a niece, Stacie Demetropoulos; three nephews, Justin A. Cameron, David Cameron and Matthew Cameron; and his faithful canine companion, Louie. Visiting hours are Saturday, August 8th from 1-4 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A Masonic service will be conducted at 3:30 pm.
