Audrey A. Bright, 73, of Milford NH, died peacefully on December 9, 2023 following a period of declining health. She was born in Lynn, MA on March 6,1950, the daughter of the late Lewis Cook and Rita Woodworth.


Audrey was the devoted and loving wife of 56 years to Ronald J. Bright Sr. of Milford NH. Loving mother of Ronald J. Bright Jr and his wife Patricia of Melrose, MA; Lesley R. Dimond and her husband Michael of Middleboro, MA and Brian S. Bright, partner Sara and daughter Abby of Hudson, NH. Cherished grandmother of Lindsay Bright, Mykala Dimond, Joshua Dimond, Cory Bright, Jackson Bright, Georgia Bright and Emory Bright. Sister of Barbara D’Amour and husband Jerry, Walter Cook and wife Dennise and the late Allan Cook, Ronald Cook and Robert Cook. Audrey is survived by many friends and extended relatives who impacted her life over the years.


Audrey grew up in Lynn, MA where she met her husband and started their family. She worked for many years in customer facing roles in healthcare, retail and banking industries.


Audrey and Ron loved to spend their time watching their children and grandchildren’s games, recital’s and all activities they participated. She enjoyed gardening, puzzles, knitting and a trip to the casinos in Connecticut. Christmas was her favorite holiday because she knew everyone would be together. She leaves behind her precious dog Sweetie, who was by her side for more than a decade.


Audrey’s wishes were to forego a service, a celebration of life will be arranged at a later date with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Audrey to the Community House Hospice www.hhhc.org or St. Jude’s www.stjude.org.
