Anthony R.R. "Tony" Gagnon, Sr.

Anthony R.R. “Tony” Gagnon, Sr., 63, resident of Milford, NH, died June 9th, 2010 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH after a sudden illness. He was born in Fall River, MA on November 25, 1946, a son of the late Roland & Delia (Ouellette) Gagnon. Mr. Gagnon was raised and educated in Westport, MA. He resided in Milford for the past 12 years and formerly made his home in Fitzwilliam, NH for 14 years and in Pennsylvania for a number of years. Prior to his retirement several years ago, he had been employed as a sales representative for Hughes & Johnson LLC of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Gagnon enjoyed hunting, fishing, was a member of the Pinnacle Mountain Fish & Game Club, the NRA and was a staunch Republican. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Boston Red Sox. He was a loving husband, a devoted father and grandfather. Family members include his wife of 42 years, Eileen (Tyrrell) Gagnon of Milford; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanne M. and Michael Bugler of Milford; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert A. and Angela M. Gagnon of Milford, Anthony R.R. Gagnon, Jr. of Hartford, CT; five grandchildren, Morgan and Allison Bugler, Madison and Nathan Gagnon and Adam Gagnon; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Richard and Joyce Mitchell of Pennsylvania; a niece and a nephew. Visiting hours are Friday, June 11th from 6:00-8:00 pm and Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00 am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
