Ann B. Knightly

Ann B. Knightly, 81, resident of Peterborough, NH died on January 11, 2018 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. She was born in Boston, MA on May 24, 1936, a daughter of Theodore and Genevieve (Kinney) Vrettas. Mrs. Knightly had worked as a CNA at Crestwood Nursing Home in Milford for several years. She was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church, Milford and a member of Souhegan Valley AARP. She enjoyed arts & crafts, decorating her home and most especially writing poetry Mrs. Knightly was predeceased by her husband, William F. Knightly; a daughter, Sharon A. Knightly Zimmerman; and a sister, Catherine Aldridge. Family members include her son, John W. Knightly of Jaffrey, NH; and a brother, Theodore Vrettas of FL. A visiting hour will be held on Tuesday January 23, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.
