Amber E. Jackson

Amber E. Jackson, 14, resident of Milford, NH died August 25, 2011 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH, surrounded by her family. She was born in Lowell, MA on November 7, 1996, the daughter of Claudette (Jackson) Rocca of Milford. Amber resided in Milford for the past three years and formerly lived in Merrimack, NH for several years. She was looking forward to starting her freshman year at Milford High School. Amber loved photography and fashion. She was a loving daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and a friend to many. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her love of life. Amber enjoyed all types of sports and was a fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. In addition to her mother, family members include her maternal grandfather, Charles “Chuck” Jackson of Brookhaven, MS; maternal grandmother, Judy Jackson of Milford, NH; her stepfather, Matthew Rocca of Lyndeborough, NH; grandparents, Marge and Tony Rocca of Lyndeborough, NH; two uncles, Christopher Jackson of Wilton, NH and Justin Rocca of Merrimack, NH; two aunts, Theresa Jackson of Milford and Sharon Robinson of Leominster, MA; three cousins, Ashlyn Marie Wilkins of Laconia, NH, Aidian Michael Christian and Emily Rose Jackson, both of Wilton; and her godfather, Rich Stover of Nashua, NH. Visiting hours are Wednesday, August 31st from 5:00-9:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Donations in her memory may be made to any children’s hospital.
