Adam J. Marcinuk

Adam John Marcinuk, 75, resident of New Boston, NH, died on March 14, 2018 in Bedford, NH. He was born in Roxbury, MA on September 18, 1942, a son of Adam and Rose Marie (Pavone) Marcinuk. He was raised and educated in North Andover, MA, attended Wentworth Institute, I.T.T. and Lowell Tech. Mr. Marcinuk made his home in New Boston for the past 39 years and formerly lived in Hampstead, NH for 15 years. Prior to his retirement in 1998, he had been employed at BAE for 39 years as an Electronic Engineer. Mr. Marcinuk was a member of St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, Merrimack Valley Beekeepers Association, Pinnacle Gun Club, Appalachian Mountain Club and played in the Sanders Golf League. He had many hobbies, including mountain climbing and climbed all 4000’ mountains in New Hampshire, ran two marathons and many 5K races. In addition, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and planting a vegetable garden. He was loved by his family and will be sorely missed. Family members include his beloved wife of 54 years, Kathleen M. (May) Marcinuk of New Boston, NH; devoted father of Karen Post of Barrington, NH, Christine Gillis of Hudson, NH and Adam J. Marcinuk of Lyndeborough, NH; adoring grandfather to seven grandchildren, Ryan Gillis, Alicia Leone, Nora, Joseph, Justin and Michael Marcinuk, and Axel Post; a great grandson, Logan Leone; a brother, Robert Marcinuk of Somerville, MA; two uncles and several cousins. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
