Linda E. Russell

Linda E. Russell, 70, lifelong resident of Milford, NH, died on September 5, 2013 at her home. She was born in Nashua, NH on May 29, 1943, a daughter of Philip D. and Marion F. (Welch) Merrill. She was raised and educated in Milford and graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1961. Linda had been employed as an inspector for Hitchiner Manufacturing Company, Milford and more recently had worked at Cirtronics. In her spare time, she enjoyed working on crossword puzzles. She served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1964. Family members include two daughters, Amy Vaillancourt of Manchester, NH and Raeann Ross; three grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, P. Dean and Chris Merrill of Milford; a sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Steve Schuster of Pawleys Island, SC; two nieces, a nephew and many cousins. There are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 12th at 10:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, 454 Nashua Street, Milford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Manchester V.A. Medical Center, Volunteer Services (135), 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104.
