Kenneth A. Pike, 75, resident of Milford, NH, died January 13, 2009 at Bedford Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center, Bedford, NH. He was born in North Haverhill, NH on May 25, 1933, a son of the late Clarence C. & Pauline E. (Little) Pike. Mr. Pike was raised and educated in Laconia, NH and resided in Milford, NH for the past 45 years. He had been employed as a machinist for O.K. Tool Company, Milford for more than 20 years and had also operated the Speedway Garage in Milford for many years. Mr. Pike was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed hunting. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Family members include his wife of 40 years, Rebecca A. (Wetherbee) Pike of Milford; a son and daughter-in-law, Christopher & Judie Porter of Milford; two grandchildren, Beth and Christopher; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John & Karen Raymond of Milford, Maxine & Roger Perrin of Williston, VT; many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours are Sunday, January 18th from 2-4 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Milford, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, 545 Route 101, Bedford, NH or Bedford Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center, 30 Colby Court, Bedford, NH 03110, ATTN: Danielle, earmarked for the Solana Unit.
